Learn the basics on how composting works, which materials to use, the different methods, and types of compost bins.

Free Compost Workshops
For beginning to experienced composters, these hands-on workshops will cover the basics of how
composting works, which materials to use, and the different methods and types of compost bins
available. Workshops are led by certified OSU Extension Service Compost Specialists. Preregistration is not required

Learn the fun and easy way to compost by letting worms eat your garbage! Learn how to maintain a worm bin effectively, food management, harvesting, pests of the bin, minimizing problems, and how to use those wonderful castings!

Dates and Locations: TBA (1.5 hrs $40, pre-paid)
