Understand the basic functions of QuickBooks^®: recording and paying expenses, creating invoices and sales receipts, receiving payments, recording deposits and reconciling bank accounts. Learn how to prepare basic financial reports. Learn how to handle bounced checks, manage and reconcile credit card accounts, memorize and schedule transactions, and use classes to track income and expenses by profit center.

We will cover advanced functions: issuing credits and refunds; process  deposits from customers and vendors. Learn how to handle barters, trade accounts, charitable, and owner transactions. Set up and manage price levels. Learn how to use purchase orders (premiere only) and estimates. Customize forms and reports. Manage inventory adjustments and year-end tasks.
