In-depth Business Training to Grow Your Business
Our unique business management programs teach business owners how to strengthen business systems, manage change more effectively, and help to gain a better understanding of the financial needs to grow the business. Personalized one-on-one business coaching/advising gives the business owner a chance to discuss and work through their pressing growth issues.
Signature programs offered for growing businesses are:
Small Business Management Program (SBM) Foundations consists of three modules: marketing, financial, and operational systems plus one-on-one coaching. All are designed to fast-track implementation of key concepts and provides the small business owner with access to a professional business consultant and gain insight from seasoned entrepreneurs.
Small Business Management Program Year II: Systems is focused on growing a business through understanding, creating, and implementing systems within the business.
Small Business Management Program Year III: Advanced Concepts assists businesses to work on mastering the earlier concepts while fine-tuning their operation.
Small Business Management Alumni is open only to graduates of the three-year SBM program. Alumni members can drop into any current class in the SBM program, get additional one-on-one business coaching, plus attend the annual “Alumni Only Business Roundtable.”

During class sessions, business owners have a chance to learn from local experts in various business fields, gain insight from our business management curriculum, presented by an experienced instructor/advisor; and by participating in group discussions to learn from their peers.

You can receive one-on-one, no-cost to you, Business Advising for your entrepreneurial venture or ask for resource referrals.
